Q: QuestionDoes the top freezer portion open allowing for an item or to be frozen or a small ice tray?
Asked by King45.
- A:Answer There is a small freezer portion at the top of the inside of the fridge but I found it to be unreliable in keeping things frozen... they melt and then refreeze. There is enough space for an ice tray or 2 or 3.

Q: QuestionWe plan on putting this in a small condo unit near the bed. Is this loud?
Asked by Kimi.
- A:Answer This is being used in a small private office. In that context, it's not loud at all. Hard to know how that translates to a bedroom though.

Q: QuestionDoes it fit a long neck beer on the vertical on the shelf? I want to buy one mostly for beer and always buy long necks
Asked by Rick.
- A:Answer Nope.... you have to lay them down to fit, if you remove the bottom glass shelf may be able to fit about 6 of them standing up, but is too much work for so little beer... may have a few fit on the door.

Q: QuestionIt is reported by some users that the handle is not very sturdy and comes off easily. If this happens is it covered under extended warrant ?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Honestly, the fridge handle is made of plastic, however once is installed, it feels sturdy. For almost a month owing it, no issue so far.

Q: QuestionI put the handle front and back together without putting the screws through first. Is there any way to remove the front piece once this is done?
Asked by Lucy.
- A:Answer Yes, it is possible. There are little tabs that snap in and hold the front plate into place - if you turn the handle upside down, you can see them on either end. Very gently, use a screwdriver to press one back and out, then you can pull the entire front plate off. It's only plastic and easy to damage the little tabs, so be very careful.
