That's 2-more cores over the 9th Generation Intel Core i3-9100 Processor. Hyper Threading is not available on the 9th Generation Intel Core i3-9100 Processors. If it already has a 8th or 9th generation Intel Core processor then you should have no problem installing the Intel Core I3-9100 as they should share the same LGA 1151 socket.
