A: The sensor makes it avoid rugs so you don't need to move any rugs when Braava is working.
Q: Would it be ok for laminate
A: Yes. It is just a dry mop or can be a moist mop. It doesn't spray anything - it just has a moist microfiber cloth that wipes the floor. It would be perfect for any hard surface.
A: Yes, it does clean large areas. I have wood floors and it cleans without leaving streaks. I do use a white vinegar and water cleaning solution. Some "soap" based cleansers can leave residue.
A: Yes you can. That is exactly what we use.
Q: Can Bona be used instead of water?
A: Hi, I am using Bona floor cleaner in my iRobot Braava 380t. It works well on my hardwood floors. Removes all those wet paw prints!
Q: Are the cloths that it comes with reusable and washable?
A: Yes they are.
A: Yes to both questions. You will probably want to pause it while doing the large area to wash the cloth and be sure you have enough water. I am not sure that the battery will last long enough to do all of the areas at once. I do all my floors over two or more days. I set it in an area one day, then charge it over night and do another area the next day or so. This works well for me.
Q: Can I use lysol liquid cleaner ?
A: My wife uses Lysol liquid cleaner in her's, works great.
