Q: Questionmy K850 l ogictech keyboard does not light up anymore. how to get it back on(4 answers)
A: AnswerDid you try the small on/off switch on the right side toward the back of the keyboard? I only ask because I did not know it was there and had problems with mine at first. I actually took one back and exchanged it because it would not connect. Now I think it was likely turned off and I didn’t know it.Answered by Donald
Q: QuestionDoes the MK850 keyboard have a Print Screen key?(34 answers)
A: AnswerI just bought this keyboard and tried any number of combinations suggested: FN/ALT/back, FN/back, FN/insert, and so on. Nothing worked.Answered by JFord
Q: QuestionWhat are the white 1 2 3 keys on the top right used for(4 answers)
A: AnswerThey are used to connect it to different devices. After assigning it to up to three devices, pressing a number connects it to the device assigned to the number pressed (and disconnects it from the device it was connected to).Answered by pianonurse
Q: Questiondo you have to use the fn key to use the function keys (F2,F3...)(6 answers)
A: AnswerHi If the default settings got changed, with or without knowing, that prevents you from using default function keys (F1 thorough F12), which I need to use a lot, without keeping FN key pressed every time, you can change it by pressing FN + ESC key combination once to LOCK it. This way you don't have to use two fingers (eg. FN + F12) when there is a need to use one of the F1 - F12 keys. Hope this helps someone!Answered by Siva
Q: QuestionAre the cap and num lock keys lit in any way?(5 answers)
A: AnswerThe caps lock key turns on illumination on the upper right side of the keyboard. I do not see any indicator for the num lock key.Answered by Ranran
- A: AnswerThis Keyboard & Mouse (MK850), and other recent Logitech "Multi-Device" Mice or Keyboards, can be connected via additional USB (Unifying Receivers), to three (3) computers or devices with USB connectors - you just need to purchase additional "Unifying Receivers" and download the "Unifying Software" from Logitech, that allows for pairing and un-pairing of devices. Bluetooth connections are available, but not required, if you choose USB connections via additional Unifying Receivers ($10 or under, each).

- A: AnswerI would say that as far as noise this is on the quieter side. You can hear it but it's mostly on how hard you hit the keys. On a scale of 1 - 10 with 10 being very loud, I would put this as a 3 or 4 .

- A: AnswerJust press FN + ESC and it will switch the way it responds (note there's a small icon on the escape key that shows a little fn lock).

Excellent Keyboard/mouse combo
In a word, excellent. I've had this keyboard and mouse set for almost a year now so I feel I can adequately review it. I’m an IT professional and between work, training pursuits and my own generally nerdiness I spend most of my waking hours parked in front of it. And it has proven to be an excellent companion. I purchased it so I could toggle easily between my work laptop, personal laptop and iPhone and it has performed very well in that capacity. I also wanted a keyboard that employed encryption (it’s shocking how easy it is to hack many wireless keyboards) and this fit the bill for under $80. Under this extreme usage battery life is about ten months, more than adequate in my opinion. Enough about its admirable qualities, what about the downside? Well the mouse has lost connection with one device or another from time to time and had to be re-paired, the keyboard is less prone to this. In all fairness even the most expensive units are susceptible to this. The typing experience is good but not great and some of the mouse buttons can be accidentally activated if you’re not careful. If you need the ultimate in a typing experience, I recommend looking at the MX Keys/MX Master3 mouse combo. One of my coworkers has this setup and it is amazing (albeit at 2.5 times the price I paid). I rarely give anything 5-stars, but I feel for the price point it is deserving in this case. If you take the price out of the equation it knocks it down to 4-stars.

Great bundle
This is my second one, I've had the first one for over 5 year and still works, got a second one for my new PC. Very low sound, comfortable to type all day.

A pretty good multi-device keyboard
This is a pretty good keyboard/mouse combo. The multi-device functionality is great - I switch between a dell laptop, a Mac, and an iPad with no trouble. The Logitech keyboards have a lot of options which you can customize (the fn key lock is very nice). The two things I struggle with on this keyboard are not huge issues. First the control key - I use a lot of shortcut keys when using excel and the control key doesn’t always press all the way down. This could be related to the slight curvature of the keyboard and I am used to flat keyboards but either way it’s an annoyance which slows me down. Second thing is the wrist pad - it gets dirty, little specs of everything get into the black fabric and is very visible (see the picture in my review). I tried using tape to get these particles off but I found a damp microfiber cloth worked better. I’d probably rate this better had I not used a Logitech MX Mechanical first (I recommend that over this if you can afford it).
