- A: AnswerYes, the Ring works, but the information without the subscription is nearly useless! Without the subscription, Oura withholds ALL basic source information provided by the Ring. Instead, Oura only displays "Activity Goal", "Readiness", and "Sleep" scores. These scores are nearly useless because they are based upon information provided by the Ring that you will no longer be able to see. For example, the "Activity Goal" score is based upon your individual goal for steps - but without the subscription, you will no longer be able to see, set, or update this goal! The "Sleep" score will be based up go-to-bed and wake-up times that may not be correct, but without the subscription, you will have no long have the ability to see that the information is wrong or be able to correct it. Therefore, if you want to continue to get the promised value from your Ring, you will HAVE to continue the subscription! This will bring a total three-year cost of the ring up to about $500!! Buyer beware! I bought my ring directly from Oura with a 6-month subscription included. Now that my subscription has run out, I am very disappointed to find out that there is almost no value to the ring without the subscription. I would not recommend the Ring unless you plan to pay for the subscription and include the subscription cost in your planned cost of the Ring.

For exchanges, original orders are limited to one ring size, color, or model change within the same price range. - A: AnswerThe Oura Ring works on all fingers and can be worn on either hand. For optimal performance and accuracy, we recommend wearing your Oura Ring on your index finger. If you prefer another finger, the middle or ring fingers are the next best, but try to avoid fingers with large knuckles (where the base of your finger is narrower than the knuckle).

Worth the wait!
I have eyed the Oura ring for over a year now. I loved the idea of a hormone- free birth control method (it pairs with Natural Cycles) & wanted to try it but kept hesitating. As time went on it became more popular and Best Buy began to carry it. I also met more and more people who had one and loved it. I finally took the plunge & am so glad that I did! I love how it breaks down my sleep and even more than that I love the solutions it gives to improve those areas when they are low. It also has a feature that tracks your stress and recovery to stress which has been very interesting and helpful! I do feel like it has scratched relatively easy seeing as I’ve only had it about a month but I don’t mind it. I pair it with a diamond ring on my index finger and love the look and feel of it. I wear it while washing dishes and pretty much every other thing. Highly recommend if you’d like to understand your body more or are looking for a hormone free birth control (obviously dependent on how regular you are, etc)

The silver oura ring is worth the money!!
I love love love my silver gen 3 oura ring. I originally ordered the rose gold and had such an issue with it. The rose gold color turned dark spots within a week. I returned it and they sent another that did the same thing! I finally just returned it and got my money back because it was nearly $600 and I purchased the much cheaper (but still $350) silver one. I love my silver one! Even if it is getting scratched or a few of the spots on it…. It’s already silver so it blends in. You cannot see it nearly as much as the rose gold that has dark spots and then silver showing through if there ever were any scratches. That’s been my only complaint but now that I have silver…zero complaints. The function of the ring is amazing! I love all of the info that it can tell me! It’s way more in depth and accurate in my opinion than my Apple Watch! And, I charge it maybe once a week. Battery life is amazing. Highly recommend!

Oura Ring
I really wanted to try this out as I have been struggling with a good sleep cycle. While I have my Apple Watch I hate wearing it to sleep in so I gave this a try. I really love it! Not only is it comfy to sleep in but it calculates so much other information! Stress and Anxiety Levels has also been a winner in my book! It tells me when my “hours” are that i might go down a rabbit hole. Its even calculated when i might not be feeling well and giving my body a rest. Its a pretty awesome gadget and I highly recommend!
