- Answer You can, but I do know certain computers, they can’t help you The surface is one. My son purchased a very expensive laptop, & when it stopped working, they said only Microsoft, I believe, could help. We basically had to throw a $1,000.00 computer in the trash.

- Answer No. I think you need to invest in new headphones. They won’t be able to fix that. I had a cat myself. Find a safe place to keep them up away from your cat.
