A:AnswerThis is what happened to us…our Mac is old and the mouse quit working. We tried changing the batteries and rebooting also but it still didn’t work. We tested the new mouse and it worked so we ended up buying a new mouse and haven’t had any issues as of today.
A:AnswerYES. I AM THINKING OF RETURNING IT. IT CAN NOT BE USED WHILE CHARGING BECAUSE THE PORT TO RECHARGE IS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE MOUSE. TERRIBLE DESIGN.
A:AnswerThere are two ways to do this:
1) control button on keyboard and regular click on the Magic Mouse
2) Set up secondary click on Magic Mouse. Go to system preferences > then select mouse > then select secondary click. Here you will choose the secondary click to be right or left. If you want it to react like a normal mouse. Select the secondary click to be a right click. After setting this up you will no longer need to click control button + mouse click
A:Answeryou can use th cable that came with the mouse. The Lighting plugs into the mouse and the USB-C plugs into the computer. You can also buy an adapter tht plugs into the socket.
