A:AnswerHi! Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear of the issues you have been experiencing - this is certainly not normal behavior for the sleepbuds. I would recommend contacting technical support for your region - they will be more than happy to help you out in regards to solving your problem.
A:AnswerI'm a side sleeper so my ears are on the pillow all night. So far these are more comfortable that any other earphones I've used for sleeping. I've gone through about 7 different sleep headphone brands. Sometimes I feel them if my ear is positioned on a stiffer part of the pillow. Most of the time I don't feel them at all. Once my ear started to hurt but this rarely happens. It goes away if you shift the pillow a little bit. Still they are much more comfortable than all other options I've tried.
A:AnswerHello. The Bose noise-masking sleepbuds are a consumer wellness product, not a medical product. As such, we can’t make any claims about potential medical benefits. That being said, organizations like the American Tinnitus Association describe sound masking as one form of sound therapy that has been shown to help with managing tinnitus. Of course, each person and their particular situation is unique. Ashley - Bose Support
A:AnswerNo, the Bose Noise-Masking Earbuds are for sleeping only. They do have recordings of rain, stream, rustling leaves, ocean waves, etc. Works rather well and the earbuds are surprisingly comfortable.
Can't stream stuff like music or movies. There are other earbuds that'll do that.
These are the only ones I've tried, so I can't compare them to others.
But I can't complain. They do make it so much easier to fall asleep.
A:AnswerThe sound volume is customizable, so you could test them against any noise you want to be aware of. However, even with the volume up, I've had no trouble hearing loud sounds. Hope that helps.
A:AnswerThey are discontinued not recalled. I am assuming the supplier can sell them until they are out of stock. I just found this out when I went to send mine back this morning for the same issues everyone else is having with this product. I love this product if only it was working accurately.
A:AnswerThese ear buds play white noise sounds, as far as I know you can’t listen to audio ( music) or answer the phone while using them! Great to use if the person you sleep with snores!
A:AnswerHi Kristine, thanks for taking the time to ask a question!
As noted by the other users here, the Noise-Masking Sleepbuds cannot be used for phone audio. These are instead designed to play the soothing and noise-masking audio tracks from within the Bose Sleep app.
We hope this helps answer your question!
A:AnswerYes! While you can’t receive notifications alerting you to incoming text messages, you can be notified when a call comes in. This option is turned off by default, but you can enable it within the Bose Sleep app you download on your phone. It works beautifully. I had really bad insomnia before purchasing these and that’s no longer a problem for me. I can’t say enough good things about this product.
A:AnswerThe Sleep Buds come with 3 different size ear pieces. Provided you select the correct ear piece for your ears the Sleep Buds will stay in your ears securely.
