“Can this be set up where I am able to view my TV while simultaneously listening to another source via Bluetooth? For instance watching a game on the TV but listening to music on my tablet. I want to be able to do this without disconnecting cables, etc.”

• Yes. Just use the Bluetooth button on the Bose remote and the pairing will occur. Hope this helps

• There is a mute button and volume control on the remote that comes with this unit. Then, there is the fact that you don't have to even turn on the bose unit...

• The Bose sound bar will allow you to connect via cables to your tv, where you can then listen to the sounds of your tv. if your tablet is bluetooth capable you can then use the remote supplied to your Bose to switch to bluetooth mode thus connecting it to your tablet. However, please keep in mind that while it is connected via bluetooth it is not transmitting any sounds from the tv.

• Thanks for asking, you may connect to the Solo 5 system via Bluetooth while keeping the TV's connection intact. No fussing with the wires!
