- Answer Yes, this scanner is able to scan insurance cards and photo id's. I found that it would not scan really small photos that were about an inch by an inch.

- Answer Brother original drivers will be released for your Brother ADS1200 machine. Visit our Support Statement to view the release schedule and find a link to available drivers by model. You an still use the drivers for Windows 10, this will allow you to scan.

- Answer The Brother ADS1200 scanner machine allows you add to more pages to a scanned document before saving it. Once a document is saved is managed by the computer or application that you use to open it. You may need to check the application settings to see if it allows you to add more pages once is saved.

- Answer The Brother ADS-1200 is able to scan to a flash driver without the need of a computer, keep in mind this model only support a usb connection, will not connect to the internet.

- Answer 1. You should not experience any issues with a hole-punch paper but can't guarantee that images of the holes won't come on your scanned document. 2. If you have a Post-It note on your document, it may be better to put the document in a Transparent Sleeve (optional purchase available through Brother; included with some Scanner Models)) and then scan the document. 3, Use a Transparent sleeve for photos, too. If you want to scan photos, it may be better to buy a flat-bed scanner.
