When purchasing a Dell system in one region and moving it to another, there are a few things that you may want to consider.
First, the hardware warranty will carry over, however it is limited to parts availability in the region in which you are moving it to. Complete Care does not carry over.
Second, a good idea would be to take a look at the Dell website for the region you are moving to and compare it to the system you are interested in here. You will want to compare the tech specs. You will be looking for hardware features that are different and do not have an option to upgrade.
Finally, you will want to complete an International Ownership Transfer Form anytime the system is moved to a new region.

Yes, all Dell laptops with Intel 2nd Gen processors, like this one, do have the integrated Intel HD 3000 graphics. Actually I have not yet seen a 2nd Gen mobile processor without the HD 3000 graphics. Desktop processors are different and even the 2nd Gen of those can carry the older HD 2000 or HD GMA graphics at times.
Again, this laptop does have HD 3000 GPU inside.

As of last week, Best Buy stopped running the Xbox promotion. I believe that one of the qualifiers was that the system needed to cost $699 or more, which this system does not qualify for. Dell, Amazon and the Microsoft Store are all still offering this deal (which runs until September 3rd and works as long as you have a high school or college student ID)– so if you were looking for a new computer at $699 or more and wanted that free 360, I recommend you look at one of them.
