A:AnswerI had 1 like that after returning the first one. I had Geek squad set it up. Bad batch of a lot of them it seems. Have geek squad set it up that way they can pull another one from the shelf if it happens again.
A:AnswerThe Android operating system that this computer/tablet uses is somewhat similar to the Google Chrome operating system. There are word processing programs/apps available. Printing from an Android based computer/tablet can be done, but it can also be difficult and frustrating to set up. Consider the Insignia 10" tablet with a keyboard that Best Buy has on sale for $119. It uses the latest Windows 10 operating system, storage can be expanded with an inexpensive SD card, free word processing programs/apps are available for download or use in the Cloud, and printer setup and use with an inexpensive wireless printer is easy and straightforward. The Insignia would work for school purposes.
A:AnswerThe round button on the bottom will move any open app to the background and bring you to your main menu. The Square button brings up any open apps in a smaller window and allows you to switch to them or close them.
A:AnswerPlug in power supply not USB connector, wait an hour or so then push and hold (for 3 seconds) the smaller button on the side. If nothing happens it's dead.
A:AnswerI'm not sure if you can or not, the only input on this tablet is the micro-USB port, which the keyboard uses. I suppose if that port will connect to a PC, the I don't see why it would not work. You would of course have to disconnect they keyboard to do it.
