Q: QuestionDoes not output tray opening automatically when a print job is sent to the printer or do you need to open the tray manually? Some older Epson printers required manual.

Q: QuestionWill the wifi configuration of this printer Works on a router set up on a 5GHz connections? I have a Epson XP-440 and the wifi doesn't want to connect even if i do it manually.

• A:Answer Hello. The heaviest paper the Epson ET-2800 supports is 27 lb (100 g/m2). If the card stock you are planning on using meets this specification, make sure it is inkjet compatible and select Thick Paper in the printer driver when printing. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

• A:Answer I just recently bought an Epson EcoTank ET-2800 printer. It easily prints 110 lb card stock without a problem, as well as 24 lb premium paper and of course 20 lb regular copy paper. No problem printing any of those paper weights. I hope this helps!
