A:AnswerThe only Epson Ecotank printer that I know of would be the ET-8550. Epson shows sizes up to 13" x 19" with a 5760x1440 dpi. It is also one of the more expensive printers with a srp of $800. The ET-8500 is a $100 cheaper if you don't mind staying within 8.5x11.

A:AnswerIt sounds to me that the MAC filter on your wifi - the setting that only allows certain devices to access and keeps others out - is preventing your printer from accessing. You will need to check the documents that came with your wifi router to find the IP address and password for your unit. Then you'll need to access it using your internet browser.
Your internet provider should be able to help or you have other groups such as Best Buy Tech support that can assist for a fee.
