Q: QuestionDoes this take sublimation paper as well? What are the maximum paper dimensions this printer can handle?

Q: QuestionCan this print card stock out of a tray, or using the auto two-sided printing?

• A:Answer Hi cardstock, The heaviest media the EcoTank Pro ET-16600 can feed is 68 Lbs. Paper this heavy will not work with the duplex unit, so double-sided prints on thick media would have to be done manually. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

Q: QuestionDoes it print, scan, and fax double sided documents?

• A:Answer Hi reshmsalazar, Yes, The Epson ET-16600 prints and scans double-sided documents automatically. It is also a fax machine. In order to use the fax feature, the printer must be connected to a landline phone jack. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

Q: QuestionWhy does Geek squad not offer a 4 year warranty on this printer? Staples offers a 4 year warranty on this same printer. I always like to buy from Best Buy because of your warranty but Staples warranty sounds like a better deal.
