QuestionWhen I try to print what's on the screen it will not print what's on the screen. Instead, it prints a bunch of numbers and letters, like it's running a test. On my diagnostic test it says everything passed.

QuestionWhat ink is used for the WF3820 and what does it cost

- Answer You can only use EPSON 822 (standard) or 822XL cartridges. EPSON has built in a software requirement on replacement ink cartridges which prohibits 3rd party ink vendors. Until that changes...the ink cartridges at all sellers are all priced the same price that EPSON dictates. Standard Black @ $19.99 and colors @ $11.49 822XL Black @ $39.99 and colors @ $29.49

- Answer Hello. The WF-3820 uses Epson T822 and T822XL Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black ink cartridges. - Answer Don't have an answer, purchased but returned printer (never opened box) purchased to replace HP printer was not scanning. Went online and finally found answers to why it wasn't scanning. Best Buy was great when I returned the product and explained situation.
