A:AnswerCall Best Buy & ask them about your warranty if you didn't keep the receipt from Best Buy to prove when you bought it. And for it not to last until "almost two years & it has stopped working", sounds like the manufacturer owes you a refund on your money/OR/another freezer!
If your freezer died in two years, you ought to go right to whatever store you bought it from & demand a new freezer, depending on the Warranty of course. And, if they don't do right by you, get on Best Buy & complain till they treat your right!
A:AnswerI bought two, a 13 cu. ft and a 20 cu. ft, Frigidaire upright freezers from Best Buy. Both specifically stated 'Garage Ready, Frost Free.' And this is what I specifically needed and searched for. It it doesn't state in the description Frost Free, or in your case 'Manual Defrost, it isn't. When in doubt, contact Customer Support and ask them. When in doubt, check it out.
Hope this was helpful.
A:AnswerThanks for reaching out to us! The voltage for the model FFUE2022AW is 115 Volts. We hope this information was helpful to you and your shopping experience. -Ciara
A:AnswerHi, Nadler369. The majority of our upright freezers feature our auto-defrost, and this cannot be turned off or changed to manual defrost. The only current model we could locate with manual defrost is freezer FFUM0623AW. Hopefully this helps, but let us know if you still have questions!

A:AnswerIt is not recommended. A rough ride could break mounts inside. If you do, then allow at least 24 hours in the upright orientation before powering on. This is so the compressor oil can be properly in the sump for lubrication. But I personally would find a way to move it standing upright.
