Hello. While we regret that your microwave stopped working, we truly appreciate your loyalty as a GE Appliances consumer and that you want to replace it with one of our current models. Please note that for a microwave/oven combination unit, the entire unit would need to be replaced rather than the microwave by itself. After reviewing our system, we see the expected cabinet cutout dimensions for your current model (which we see as JKP65W0P2WG) listed as 23 ½” minimum depth, 41 1/8” minimum to 41 ¼” maximum height and 25” minimum to 25 ¼” maximum width. The expected cabinet width is 27”. (We do advise double checking the measurements of your cutout, to be sure they will fit the requirements of a new model.) Our current wall oven microwave combination units that are 27” in width are JK3800SHSS and PK7800SKSS, and the necessary cutout dimensions for those appear to be a good match for the current cutout. The only potential issues we notice is that the new unit would require 23” clearance from adjacent corners, drawers, walls, etc. when the door is open, while the older model needed 20” minimum. Also, the junction box needs to be in a different location than the older model required. If it would help, you can view the ‘Quick Specs’ for either model when you go to our GE Appliances website, look up the model number and go to the product page; a link to the specs document is available on that page. You can also view the specs for JK3800SHSS on Best Buy's website when you look up the model number and click the product page; they are under the 'Overview' section. We hope this is helpful, and we’re always glad to assist if you have any other concerns or questions. All the best! -Sarah@GEA
