Questioncan you get nfl games not in you area?

- Answer no, there is a contract thru the NFL and Directv (AT&T) for tv and thru Verizon for mobile ; so you can only see what your local provider offers regardless of the chromecast (since you can't stream the games without the NFL ticket)

- Answer You can stream any website through the use of tab streaming in Chrome. YouTube has a built in streaming option.

Questionare there different language interface involved?I'm familiar with Roku, but have never used one of this. I'm planning send one to my sister in Japan by her request. Is this device has anything to do with language interface? or when they search for streaming, the results will come out American or Japanese?

- Answer It does allow you to choose a language during setup. There isn't much of an interface with the chromecast itself. You interact with your phone primarily.

- Answer If you download the Chromecast app from Google Play, there's a feature to cast your screen, but since its casting your screen, everyone will see everything happening on your screen...Call/text/email notifications So if you want to respond to a text, it will show on your TV too. It does make for some fun game play though.

- Answer When you cast from a device it'll as you to choose a device to cast to. If you have 2 chrome cast devices you can select the one you want. Don't think you can cast on both at the same time tho

- Answer Not exactly. You can surf the web on your android or windows, and cast what you see to the TV using chromecast. Chromecast just receives instructions from a chromecast-enabled app, at least so far.

- Answer If you can watch Acorn TV using chrome on a PC, Mac or laptop, then yes you can cast it to an HDTV that has an HDMI connection. If the TV is a long way from your wireless router, you may need a wireless extender, cost is around $20 and plugs into a convenient 110 wall outlet. It requires setting up but once done it is done. An extender increases the range of your wireless router and improves signal strength.

- Answer If you can view it using Chrome on your PC and have a wireless router, you should be able to cast using an HDMI connection on your HDTV TV set.

- Answer That would depend on the VPN you use. If your VPN changes your IP address to another network, no. However, some VPNs just add you to another network while still allowing you to connect to devices on your non-VPN network as well. Thus, this isn't a limitation of the Chromecast, but potentially a limitation of your VPN.

- Answer One4all - I don't think you understood the question. The problem has nothing to do with wifi signal strength. There is no way to get past the hotel's login acknowledgement that every hotel requires, because you have no way to put in a room number or code via the chromecast.. The problem is definitely with the chromecast. Just search "chromecast can't use in hotel" and you'll see thousands of people with the same complaint.

- Answer As long as you are using two different apps. For instance, you will be able to listen to Pandora through your headphones while casting YouTube to the TV.
