- Answer Hello, if the front panel is removed you will void the warranty. This ice maker makes clear cubed ice, large: 1.1 ; medium: .87 ; small .81

QuestionThe Hanover model HIM60701-5SS - you have classified as Silver in color the model as you see has an SS on it - the pix look to be Stainless I suspect this is a stainless unit or is it a painted silver ? Also is there a drain pump or is it gravity ?

- Answer Hi! Thank you so much for your question. This product is smudge-resistant stainless steel door and is easy to clean and has a reversible door hinge. It has a drain plug at the back where you can connect a drain hose. Hope this helps! :) -Customer Service Team

- Answer This model will automatically stop making ice if the bucket full alarm is triggered. While well insulated, this ice maker is not a freezer & does not have a refrigeration function.
