Q: QuestionI wanted to turn the thermostat from cold to heat and I fixed it to 75 degrees. After a while I checked and the set up temperature was 62 degrees. Why the thermostat changed the temperatura is self! How can I fix it?

Q: QuestionMy thermostat is not connected to Wi-Fi. My question is how do I set my thermostat for the heater to come on? The system is on heat the fan is on auto. There is nothing on run schedule. Time is that correct. However my heat will not come on.

• A:Answer You should check the settings to make sure it is configured for your heater. The default setting for the thermostat does not work for every heater. It will kick on the HVAC blower but will not activate the heating element or pump if it's set wrong.

• A:Answer This thermostat doesn't require batteries, you have to have a C wire to power the device on. If it will work with a two wire setup I really don't know, I think it depends on what each wire you have powers, the best way is to look at the back of your current thermostat and check where your wires are plugged. Then compare with this one. In the setup of the device there are many different possibilities in which you can use it.
