This thermostat can be controlled remotely from your phone using the Total Connect Comfort (TCC) app. You will first have to configure the thermostat and connect it to your Wi-Fi network, then create and account and register the thermostat using the MyTCC (My Total Connect Comfort) website. QuestionBelieve this is the unit I have. I can not find the paperwork. It is not following the program settings. It is not changing for the wake or sleep settings. Have been changing it manually. What could be wrong?

QuestionI am reading this is dual fuel compatable. Multistage heat pump and two stage backup furnace is whatmy setuo will be and I will want to be able to have a setpoint to switch to gas furnace when it gets to about 5F since the cold climate HP is efficient.

- Answer Hi Ben, the thermostat doesn't have a motion sensor to detect movement. The unit has a inactive screen brightness setting which you can set between 0-10 zero being no backlight at all.
