QuestionI was told by Best Buy this smart tank purchase comes with a 2 year ink supply. Is that correct?

- Answer It depends on how much you print, but each bottle of HP ink has 5 times or more ink than an XL cartridge for older printers. IIRC they estimate 5000 color or 7000 black pages. Now, I print a lot, so most likely I'll be refilling mine well before 2 years. So far, I really like this printer, and recommend it.

- Answer Thank you for asking. " All-in-One" used to mean that the printer had an automatic document feeder and an onboard fax modem (for use with your fax landline) but now it is not always the case. Most (but not all) printers with a document feeder will have a fax modem. Using the HP Smart App, many printers without a fax modem can send faxes, but not receive. (Note that the Smart Tank 651 has an onboard fax modem).

- Answer Hi Charles, thank you for the question. Are you asking about cards that have an area that one would scratch off to reveal something underneath, like a lottery ticket? No. That would be a two-stage process at best, one for the printing process, and one to apply the graphite cover to certain areas. We aren't aware of any consumer-grade printers that will do that.

- Answer Generally, printheads should last 1.5 - 2 years before giving any problems like print quality issues. You shouldn't need to replace them until you see a message on the printer instructing you to do so.
