A:AnswerMy insignia will not complete a cycle, it keeps unbalancing and starting over. I have checked balance and i have balanced my clothes everytime it automatically unbalances my clothes. I had to take my clothes and go to a washateria. I waited 5 hours for this insignis to wash a small load. No Burno, it is only 3 years old.

A:AnswerYes .. 9 months old washer & told the pump is out ..its been a month & still waiting to be fixed ..delay due to wrong pump sent ..hopefully On 1/16/2024 it gets fixed with a new pump
