A:Answer This will only work with a coffee maker that does not have a clock or programming capability. I have an electric percolator that starts perking the coffee as soon as I plug it into an outlet... as an example. Thanks for the idea! Now I have to get another plug, while its still on sale.
So, any coffee maker (or appliance) that only has an on/off switch (you leave it on), or starts working when you plug it in, would work. Any coffee maker/device with a built in clock will not start cooking when it receives power... it will just show 12:00, but not start cooking.
