A:AnswerWe were gone for over two weeks and the ice maker worked fine on our return. Maybe your freezer temperature should be higher so the ice doesn't stick together.
A:AnswerThe LFX28978 refrigerators have run on a Linear Compressor motor. Because the Linear Compressor motor uses fewer moving parts and operates more efficiently, LG confidently backs the motor with a 10-year warranty.

A:AnswerNo, this unit doesn't have an extra full size ice maker in the freezer. Honestly, the ice maker is small so they could fit it in the left door and still provide small shelves still on the door. The nice thing is that the ice bin can detach easily so you can dump the ice out without hassle.
A:AnswerNOT VERY MUCH, IT MAKES 10-12 ICE CUBES EVERY TWO HOURS AND THE ICE CUBES ARE SMALL. IT TOOK FOUR DAYS OF NO USE TO ALMOST FILL, AND IT IS A SMALL CONTAINER. I'M NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH IT. LG SAYS IF YOU USE THE ENERGY STAR BUTTON IT MAKES ICE MAKER SLOWER. THE PLUS ICE BUTTON DOESN'T MAKE ICE ANY FASTER. IF YOU WANT ICE THIS IS NOT THE FRIG.FOR YOU.
