A:AnswerYou have to put some muscle into it. Hold it from the top and bottom in the middle of the monitor and tilt it. Thought mine would not tilt either but it does.

A:AnswerIt does not have a telescoping mount so the height is the height is 16 1/4 in tall base to top. It can't go higher or lower. It can tilt but that is all. This has been a great monitor for WFH.
A:AnswerYes, we looked it up on you tube. This monitor was purchased for a Christmas gift to my son, so I can’t personally give you the exact directions to split the screen! I hope this helps
