QuestionI bought a USB-C cable to connect my MacBook Pro to the monitor except I can't get anything to display on the monitor. It says there is no signal when it is connected. Why is this happening?

- Answer You'll want to make sure you have the correct cable. The white USB C charger cable included with Macs do not support data transfer for monitors. You'll need a thunderbolt 3 cable or a USB C cable that supports data transfers for monitors ( you can tell its the right one if the cable is pretty thick and the USB C cable part is also thick and longer ( about an inch). I was shocked when my MacBooks cable did not work and had to try a different USB C cable I use with my external HDD.

- Answer I currently have a USB-C connected to my MacBook and an HDMI to my work laptop. I just have to toggle between the inputs in the menu to switch.

- Answer No this does not have speakers, you will need to use a headset, or some wired/wireless speakers or your laptop/device that is plugged in. Fairly easy to to this with the ports on the monitor or via bluetooth with your devices connected.

- Answer Yes the monitor is wall mountable. The wall mount plate is sold separately. Wall Mount (mm) 100 x 100. Use the wall mounting bracket and screws that conform to VESA standards. Damage caused by the use or misuse of inappropriate components will not be covered by the product warranty. ^Daphane

QuestionWould I be able to plug my Ps5 up to this monitor?

- Answer I have a similar LG 34" ultrawide 1080p monitor and it works with PS5 via HDMI. PS5 will output 1920x1080 with this monitor and you'll get black bars on the left and right sides of the monitor. But it does work and the display size is about the same as a 29" 16:9 monitor.

- Answer Monitors do not playback sound, they either have built-in speakers that you can direct the audio that is coming from the devices that the monitor is connected to, or they have a 3.5 mm headphone out port that you can connect external computer speakers to or connect a Soundbar, Home Theater System or external receiver to that has a 3.5 mm AUX In (Portable IN) or the older Red/White RCA Stereo Audio input barrel ports using an appropriate audio cable. The LG 34" UltraWide FHD HDR FreeSync Monitor with USB Type-C, Model # 34WP65G-B does not have built-in speakers, but it does have a 3.5 mm Headphone Out port...^Ivan

QuestionI bought this monitor 4 days ago, I had similar kind but it broke. New monitor keeps going black for a second or two every so often (not sleep mode), cables are new so no way they are damaged. What could be the issue? It’s really disrupting my work
