“My install guys didn’t connect the steam hoses. Is there a plug that needs to be removed from the water outlet on the dryer begore attaching the hose? It looks lije theres a white plug in mine.”

I recommend first trying following up with Best Buy regarding the installation. From what I have read in the Owner's Manual it does not mention a plug needing to be removed. Please refer to page 20 of the Owner's Manual regarding installation of the inlet hose.
