QuestionDoes it have zero clearance on the hinge side? If not how much extra side space does it need for the door to open 90 degrees? In our case the left side of the microwave will be against a cabinet that comes out further than the microwave.

- Answer No, you will need at least an inch of clearance. Also note that deep cabinets above the unit will block the internal vent, which is why there is a maximum cabinet depth specified.

QuestionWe have a 36" wide GE Profile Spacemaker over the range microwave that we need to replace. The LG Studio microwave is 30" wide. Is there a trim kit that fills in the remaining 6"?

- Answer All I can tell you is that I bought this Unit and the Air Fry/Convection "feature" barely got warm and would not cook anything. Best Buy sent a replacement unit and I followed the Air Fry Directions and although the unit got hotter than the first one the Fries were unevenly hot and soggy. AVOID!
