- Answer Hi! I use the C920s with my Macbook Pro. It is much better in clarity when using it with Zoom calls or even FaceTime, compared to the built in camera. I hope that helps!

- Answer Yes, yes and yes. I have used it directly on Win10, and Win7/10 inside VMware workstation on my Linux box. Chrome and Firefox without issue on a variety of conferencing apps, and I mostly use Zoom.

- Answer Yes, the microphone only can be used. In your System Preferences / Control Panels, for "Sound > Input", you choose the Logitech Camera as the external Microphone Input. To deactivate the camera, put the shutter privacy down, or make sure the Logitech camera is NOT chosen as your input camera. This camera does not have built in speakers, you either use your computers built in speakers or headphones to listen during chat.

- Answer I believe you'd want a higher definition camera. While this does high definition, you'd want something in the 4k territory (more pixels, more definition), basically UHD (Ultra high definition) to show better details. For example this camera does 1080p (1920x1080), great for close-up of your face, but fine detail, kind of coarse and lacking in quality. This does a maximum of 30 frames per second, so movement may not be as smooth as a camera with 60 frames per second. This camera does have default wide angle and some other picture formats such as portrait style or square, so yes you can have 2 people in front of the camera. BestBuy does have a Logitech 4k Pro Webcam, more expensive, but fits what you're looking for, and can fit more than 1 person in the video. Hope that helps.

- Answer Hello Rich! We usually recommend people to use a headset along with any webcam for optimal sound quality, but if you have the sound of the person you're speaking to coming out of the speakers, which are usually positioned lower than your monitor, and then the webcam sitting on top of your monitor, you should be good to go without any feedback issues. I wouldn't blast the sound of the speakers too loud, but normal sound level should be ok.

- Answer You have to adjust the support on the back of the camera (the part that leads against the back of your monitor). By raising the support leg it rotates the camera down. By lowering the support leg it rotates the camera up.

QuestionI need a web cam for a presentation for a a showing on Facebook. The web cam will be on a screen from a projector going to Facebook live. Would this be the web cam to get or should I get a different one?

- Answer If your camera will be aiming at a screen projector, then make sure that the room is dark and that the lighting in your room doesn't change much change much. Use the software to turn off the automatic focus features and as long as people don't walk in front of the camera, it should be fine. Though this is possible, it is not the ideal way to show something on facebook that requires people to look at what's being projected. Might I suggest you look into OBS, a free streaming software. With OBS, you should have the ability to stream to FACEBOOK and switch back and forth between the WebCam feed and the presentation, meaning that the people watching on Facebook will see the clearest presentation because it's as if they were there in the same room with you. Depending on how much time you have to learn OBS, you may have to use the Webcam the way you want for now, but try OBS for a future presentation. You will love it.
