Q: QuestionWant to find my mom an external keyboard for her Samsung galaxy 4 8.8 tablet (SM-T337V), and this one seems like a great option. Want to be sure it will pair ok via Bluetooth and be compatible with the device, which is a pretty old model.

• A:Answer This keyboard is compatible with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 tablet. Not sure if the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 and Samsung Tab S4 are the same because I do not find any references online to the Tab 4 model (just the Tab S4 versions.

• A:Answer It could be something with the device your pair it with. I pair this with a 13 in laptop thats a 2018 model and it stays paired all day. I can even sleep the laptop but leave the keyboard on and when I wake it, its connected and working.

Q: QuestionI have an HP all in one computer which uses a mouse. I would like to know will this keyboard function with this device and also are letters on keyboard dark. Keyboard that came with computer is white and lettering is too light for my vision.

• A:Answer As long as your HP all in one computer has Bluetooth built in, yes the K380 keyboard will work just fine for you. The grey lettering on white keys that you see on the K380 is about as dark as our keyboard keys will go. The only option in our lineup that will go darker are out gaming keyboards which allow you to change the colors of your keys.
