Honestly not sure. But I'm positive Best Buy can help answer your question. Check on Amazon too. Best Buy honors Amazon prices with their price match guarantee as long as the item on Amazon is sold and shipped by Amazon.
A:AnswerFrom what I've heard, there are Mophie cases without charger/juice packs. But I would consider returning the mophie case and invest in a juice pack. My mophie juice pack is for my iPhone SE but they also produce mophie juice pack's for iPhone 6 and up. They also provide Mophie power packs or battery pack separate from the mophie cases alone so you can also invest in those if you can't return your Mophie case because either it's too late and past the returm Period.
A:AnswerI'm on my third Mophie case - replaced two times for free. Once for the trim delaminating and once for the pack failing after a fall of 16" to a carpeted floor. Mophie will work with you for a replacement.
A:AnswerI paid between $22-$27. I honestly can't remember exactly how much but I know for sure it was under $30. And that was the Best Buy online price. in store Best Buy charged $99.99 and thank God I checked Best Buy online. It's weird, for some reason they advertise different prices so make sure when you are making a purchase at Best Buy whether or not you're in store, check both the in-store and online prices because they may show different figures.
A:AnswerIt's a 100. But don't expect it to give 100--I find on average you can get about 85% if you're charging while using, so long as it's not a power-hungry app.
A:AnswerMophie sells cases based upon the size of the battery in the mophie case itself. it you want to buy the one that states 100% recharge it is going to be more than the 80% recharge. IF you buy the case for the correct iphone then you should be fine wither way. Just like memory, the more charge % the more money.
A:AnswerIt's important to follow the instructions and not use the battery until your phone battery runs out of power then use morphie until fully discharged
