- Answer I don't think B550 boards work with first gen. Ryzen according to AMD but check MSI because I believe some of the AIB parteners enabled it in the bios of some of the boards anyways.

QuestionWill this MB support a 3rd M.2 NVME using a PCIe adapter? I am trying to replace the 250gb boot drive with a 500gb and use my 1T M.2 as general storage.

- Answer After digging through all the manuals front to back I finally found what i was looking for. Unfortunately if you using the 2 on board M.2 slots you lose access to the 3rd PCIe port which is the second PCIex16 that’s needed for the adapter to work. So in turn no you can not use 3 M.2 ssd’s with a PCIe adapter. It will work if you had an external adapter though.

- Answer Yes it should be able to i'm currently running at that speed as I', typing this reply make sure that if you install faster ram to up the voltage in the bios for ram boot, but only do that if the computer won't start after you enable xmp/docp mode
