- Answer Yes, it wil. I replaced my Comcast modem and it works perfectly. This unit does not have WiFi so you will need to attach a WiFi router. It has one Ethernet port so I have a Netgear Nighthawk WiFi router attached. To the router I have attached OOMA for VOIP. It all works great.

- Answer No. You can use VOIP. It has one Ethernet port so you could attach a unit like I have from OOMA. To this you can attach a phone.
