When you added your 30 days trial you should have had to give your credit card information so that at the end of the 30 days it automatically started charging. If not you should be able to add the subscription or delete the app and then re-add it and start from there.

No special treatment involved. The customer service phone is (866) 608-1798 or it looks like you can text HELP to 97836. It's annoying there's no card in the box with a code, but at least it works!

A:AnswerMine also stopped working after suggested update through ifit app. Proform claims not related but it worked fine until then. The only fix is new console.
A:AnswerBest Buy does not let people update their review rating. I am going to pay to get rid of this bike. I do not suggest buying. Save a little more money and buy a nicer bike.
A:AnswerShould not have to program the bike. This is a simple bike which you should be able to setup three adjustments for seat, seat forward or back and handlebar height. You can adjust the pedal resistance using the control after beginning to pedal the bike. Make sure the pull to stop is all the way up. Might need to pull the battery in the LED panel to reset the control, if it was previously left in a very high resistance setting?
