A:AnswerI'm not sure...I installed my own. If you already have electrical wires in place where you want it installed, they may? You can call one of the stores and I'm sure they can tell you.
A:AnswerYes it can be installed upside down. The person who installed mine used a waterproof junction box and attached it to the existing box, then installed the camera upside down. Looks like you might benefit from the same. He did that so that the camera would clear the gutters.
A:AnswerIt worked at 6 degrees. If I were you I would move to Colorado... such a great state. Ok maybe Texas, Florida or Arizona. Just kidding I love all the wonderful states up north and Canada so nice to visit.. Does any thing work at -20? ha
A:AnswerNone that I see with mine - I get notified the camera has lost the WiFi connection requiring me to reconnect the camera to WiFi. The camera has no independent storage.
A:AnswerI had to add an additional node to my Linksys system to send a strong signal to the 2 of these I have outside. If you only have one source of wi-fi with no nodes or extenders, it may not function very well.
A:AnswerI have two. One mounted as shown on the box and the second soffit mounted. The camera was not altered, but the person who installed it got a larger waterproof junction box that he connected to the junction box there and then connected the floodlight to that. He did that so that the camera would clear the gutters. It works just like the other one does.
