Yes, if you subscribe to a Ring Protect Plan (including a trial), you can access your stored recordings, download them, or manually delete them one by one or all at once in the Ring app or by logging into your account on Ring.com from anywhere. Without a Ring Protect Plan, you can still view real-time video from Ring doorbells and answer doorbell notifications when they happen, but you don’t get video recordings of those events.     • Answer Sometimes the app won't auto connect to the wifi. Make sure you are in good proximity of the router try again if it doesn't work skip that step and connect manually.
