- Answer Hello, Thanks for your question. It's only suggested to add Roborock cleaning solution into the water tank. Different cleaning solution varies in formulation and it may potentailly damage the water tank. Moreover, the bubbles made by chemical substance in cleaner may cause the mopping feature to malfunction.

- Answer Hello, Thanks for your question. Sorry, QR798 can only cross a 0.79-inch-high threshold on the floor. You can add a ramp to help the robot cross it.
