• Yes the s95c has 4 mounting holes on the back that uses M8 screws, you may need spacers, since the tv is rather thin, the holes are fairly shallow.

• The installation manual suggests that if not wall mounting, then using the one of the VESA mount holes on the back of the TV you can attach a strap or a heavy string but no hardware, string or strap is provided with the TV.

• On the back of the TV there are 6 holes in which you can screw in bolts for maybe mounting the TV. Hope this helps.
