A:AnswerYou'd be wiser to hardwire an outlet. You can get one at Home Depot. Just get an outlet box and then you don't have to worry about messing with the wiring on the overn.
A:AnswerI'm happy to help with this, margo! This range should function as normal without using the Wi-Fi feature, with no additional steps needed. I also have this link (https://bit.ly/2Zvvl2L) that can walk you through what to do if the oven door is locked. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi Edmlove! According to page 33 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3bagEYh) if you leave the oven door open for more than 2 minutes when the oven is on, all heating elements will shut off automatically. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi there! We'd be happy to speak with you directly to help determine the cause of your oven not working properly. A:AnswerI'm so glad you asked, StarfighterJ! The power cord can be purchased through any Samsung appliance retailer. This is to allow users to purchase the cord that will fit the available outlets in their home. ^Jecca
A:AnswerIs it typical to have the appliances delivered first or the countertop first? Should I have a narrow piece of countertop behind the range? I read a post that said that a piece comes with the stove - but wouldn't countertop look nicer? Thanks.
A:AnswerTo minimize the heavy cleaning, I wipe as I cook using a microfiber dish cloth; this helps a lot. But when there is something burned on, I first soak it with soapy water from that damp microfiber cloth, or a spritz of glass cleaner, leaving it be for 5 to 10 minutes, then try to wipe to remove the stuff. If that does not work, then I resort to the razor blade and then the Weiman Cooktop Cleaner (not the daily cleaner, which is more like the glass cleaner), DO NOT use Soft Scrub or other similar product as it will scratch the cooktop, and make subsequent cleaning more difficult, as the burned on food will then have grooves in which to hide.
A:AnswerSince this range is so new I have found replacement/alternate parts to be a big challenge. Doubt any replacements are available. This range indeed does have knobs for which the settings are hard to see for anyone over 50+ . We have resorted to making sure our above range microwave light is on when we go to cook. It helps. Hopefully Samsung will resolve this ergonomic issue in future models so we can order replacement knobs.
A:AnswerIf you go to the Samsung website, you can find a complete listing of what's available. I'm sure there is such an item listed there. We didn't require one, so I didn't pay it a lot of attention, but I do recall having seen it.
