A:AnswerI mean if it's in an area that wouldn't get touched by the elements, I would guess yes. But I wouldn't keep such a large TV out where somebody could just poke your screen open and take it overnight. I'd recommend you don't do that, personally.

A:AnswerThe 55" and all sizes larger than that all have 120 Hz. There is a youtube video of a gaming youtuber playing Xbox One X in 1440p with 120 FPS after changing settings on the TV and Xbox, so that is how I know. Also it is listed in the product description.
