Q: Questioncant get to heat upbought floor model did not come with a manuel, hooked up turned on, runs but does not get hot enough to dry clothes....why? what do I need to do?

• A:Answer I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your dryer. If a heated dry option is selected but the dryer is not heating up, it's possible it isn't installed properly. The DV484GTHAWR requires a 22,000 BTU connection to natural gas in order to heat, or it can be converted for use with liquid propane using the LPKIT-3 accessory conversion kit. It's recommended that the dryer be installed by a qualified technician to ensure it is done so correctly and safely. If a technician did install your dryer and the correct power and gas supply is turned on and functioning as it should, I would suggest calling 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you further.
