A:AnswerStick your hand all the way to the back of the ice tray and see if there’s a wall of ice. When this happened to me once I loosened the solid block of ice I found a small chunk of foam. It started working again
A:AnswerCall customer support. They’ll get it all sorted out for you and send someone out if you’re still under your warranty and what not. They switched mine out completely because something was broken in the water filter area of my first one. It leaked water all over my kitchen floor so they sent guts out to look at it and they scheduled me for an exchange.
A:AnswerGreat question, Dena. The water filter compatible with your refrigerator would be HAF-QIN/EXP. Please see this link to where you can purchase this water filter.

A:AnswerGreetings,
Excellent question! Donna, yes, because this Samsung refrigerator has a built-in ice maker that automatically dispenses ice.
You can check the other information about the ice maker on this model's user's manual on pages 52 to 54.

A:AnswerHello,
We appreciate you informing us that your Samsung refrigerator is making noise, and we're here to help.
A refrigerator is never completely quiet, even when it's new. New fridges may be louder as they settle into place. Still, noises from your ice maker or the compressor should never get so loud that it's interrupting the conversation.

A:AnswerHi AJ,
We appreciate your question about the water line if needs to be connected for the ice maker to work.
The ice maker gets its water from the pipe; hence, will need to have a water supply line connected to the refrigerator. There isn't a tank in the refrigerator that can be filled for the ice maker to use.
Please refer to pages 32 - 34 of this model's user manual for steps in connecting the water line.

A:AnswerHi CW.
Glad that you ask if this model has wheels.
This model has no wheels. It only has wheels on the upper basket (freezer).
Have a great day.

A:AnswerThe fridge does indeed connect to wifi and can be adjusted through the Samsung Smart Things app. You can set the temperatures, turn the ice makers (yes there is two!) on and off, get door open alarms among other settings.
A:AnswerHi,
Great question. We understand and appreciate your inquiry about the
ice door does not open when you pull the freezer compartment.
You can remove the ice basket and inspect for any damage causing it not to open properly when opening the freezer door. Please see the link on how to remove and reinstall the basket.

A:AnswerThe white offered is white glass. It is not the typical plastic finish. You must select the option for white glass when adding to cart. This refrigerator series front panels are customizable and you must make sure you select your finish when adding to the cart. To be certain once you select the finish, scroll down to specifications and make sure it says, “yes” next to panels included. The refrigerator arrived with the white glass already installed. I definitely recommend the white glass. It looks sleek and modern and brightens up the room and is easier to keep clean compared to stainless.
A:AnswerOn your Orders page it will state specifically which panels it is shipping with. On a side note be sure to go to Samsung's website to register for free replacement panels. They will let you pick out one new panel for every door and a free suction cup to remove them.
