I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. Please check the leveling of your RF4287 to make sure it is perfectly level from side to side. If necessary, adjust the height of the door using the included fastener rings to ensure the vertical hinged flap is aligned with the channel guide at the top of the refrigerator.
