That is correct about the apps not working. Only seems to work with the browser. I have been told that the apps themselves need to be modified/upgraded to recognize the Bluetooth keyboard as a valid input device. It is up to the developers at Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. to make the decision to do that and most, unfortunately, have not done so. Would have been nice if Samsung would have pointed that out to the consumers.
