With our STR-DH190 Stereo receiver with Bluetooth, you can choose whether you enjoy the warm sound of vinyl via the phono input or stream music from your digital music collection, it'll be a perfect match. Additionally, the receiver’s A or B function lets you connect two pairs of speakers. You can easily switch between A or B or use them all together at the same time. - Answer I hooked a powered sub to my Sony receiver. My sub had speaker wire inputs so I used regular speaker wire to hook it up with. Works and sounds great.

- Answer No HDMI. I use a digital-to-analog sound converter between my TV and this receiver/amp and with a common pigtail (red/white) cable it will plug into any of the four available INPUT ports. There is no port listed as 'auxiliary" on this amp as there was on my last amp but any of the available INPUTS 1 to 4 works the same. Caution! I just left a rather tough review of this receiver/amp. The display failed on mine within two hours after I hooked it up. Everything works but there's no display. This item appears to have quality issues.

QuestionI just received this and it sounds good but Is this receiver suppose to make a slight humming noise? Not through the speakers, but the receiver itself makes a slight humming noise when on. Sounds like the transformer, is that normal?

QuestionWill my old VIZIO flat screen, and a new Panasonic DVD/CD/Blu-Ray player, and my old speakers all hook up to this? My TV has no HDMI. Not sure if the DVD etc player has that, as I haven't purchased it yet. TV only takes the red/white/yellow cables.

- Answer The receiver does not have an HDMI either so you should be good. It has RCA jacks but those did not work for my Roku TV. I ended up using an RCA adapter to the headphone jack on my TV and it works great.

QuestionCan I use this receiver to power my rear surround sound speakers only. My thinking is if I come out of the swa-8500s into the receiver. Then out to the speakers would allow me to increase the sound level for the rear speakers only? Any feedback would hel
