• A:Answer There might be some confusion here. When you place your pen on the Wacom tablet, your cursor appears on the equivalent place on the screen. If you pen touches the upper right corner of the tablet, then you'll see your pointer on the upper right of the monitor. In this way, you can draw or write like you would with a pen. Moreover, the tablet is pressure sensitive so if you are using photoshop for example you can vary the width of your brush mid-stroke by letting-off of the pen as you swipe.

• A:Answer Yes it does. I started off just using the USB cord but lately I've tried using the Bluetooth more often. It charges while connected via USB and can be used while charging through the USB. When you disconnect the cable just press and hold the button in the circular ring to the side for 3-seconds and your computer's bluetooth manager should find the tablet and allow you to connect with Bluetooth.

• A:Answer A PC, Mac, or laptop (CPU) is needed to use this tablet. This only acts as a digital work surface. The Wacom tablet with comes with the interactive screen in the Cintiq. A CPU is still needed for operation for Cintiq as well.

Q: QuestionWill it BT connect to phone for transfering files? Do I need to purchase anything separate for BT connectivity?

• A:Answer I don't think you can use the basic medium or large tablets for transferring files from your phone. Nothing gets 'stored' on the tablet. It is an auxiliary tool like a mouse or CAD device you would connect up to your computer. It has Bluetooth connectivity built in and if your computer supports Bluetooth it can find the tablet when it isn't being tethered by its USB cable but that works like a computer finding a wireless Bluetooth mouse. It won't transfer files like you are thinking. That being said, Wacom does have something called 'Inkspace' which may be what you were thinking of: https://www.wacom.com/en/products/apps-services/inkspace You may need to be looking at either the Bamboo Folio, Bamboo Slate or the Intuos Pro Paper Wacom products to do what you are thinking of. I know the Intuos Pro Paper lets you draw on it like a sketchbook without needing your computer on and it will save a bunch of pages of sketches which you can upload to the Cloud or onto your computer or other device later. I only have the basic large Intuos tablet and not the special Paper version, so I can't say for sure what you are after but you may want to check out those other items I mentioned.
