A:AnswerI don't know because they did not bring the correct hose to connect the water, and when I reordered the correct hose, that order is 'now lost' so the installation has been a failure on Best Buys part-and nobody from BestBuy has interest in solving issue that they created and only they can resolve-Simply do not care-

A:AnswerHi Karen! We are terribly sorry to hear this. A cold water supply with water pressure of between 35 and 120 psi (241 and 827 kPa) is required to operate the water dispenser and ice maker. If you have questions about your water pressure, we recommend you call a licensed, qualified plumber.
A:AnswerHi Cyndy, we do not recommend removing components from your Refrigerator. This would affect the factory warranty that came the appliance. We hope this helps!
A:AnswerThose gray plastic screws cover the screw holes and are there for aesthetic purposes only. These screw holes are there to be used to move the handle should you want your door to open the opposite way. If you don't mind seeing the screw holes then you can leave the plastic screws out, but I would leave them in place.
A:AnswerThe name plate is stuck on the door like tape and does not need to be moved. Now, if you notice on top of the door there is a cap covering the top door hinge and on the other side there is a hole where the hinge will be slipped into the door. Open the door and look at the lower side of the opening and you will see three screws. These screws will be removed and the bottom hinge will be installed in this location. The door and hinges will be removed and the bottom hinge will be will be installed on the fridge. The top hinge will be placed in that hole in door and the top hinge will be installed on the fridge to secure the door and the cap will be placed on the top hinge to cover it. Now they will move the handle. There are two plastic screws on the front of the door opposite side with the handle. These plastic screws will be removed along with the handle. Once the handle is removed the remaining two screws that held the handle on door are removed and placed in the holes where the plastic screws were. The handle will be installed over top of those screws. The plastic screws will then be placed in the holes were the handle use to be to cover up those holes. The screws that were taken out to install the bottom hinge will be placed in the screw holes are where the bottom hinge was removed. Now the job is complete.

A:AnswerThe ice maker appears to be attached with a couple of hex head screws and a quick connect electrical connection.
The Manufactures instructions should be able to provide specific instructions on how to remove.

A:AnswerHi the Rollers should have come pre-installed. Here is the link to the Owner's Manual for your model: https://bit.ly/3shHV1r which will show you how to install the unit and what that should have looked like. On page 9, diagram 6 will show you what it should have looked like as well. We don't recommend lying the refrigerator on its side as it can damage the cooling system. If you are unsure, we recommend reaching out for service.
