Does a great job once mapping is completed. The schedule is also great and the added feature to clean a room when needed is awesome. With a couple of cats and an 8 and 5 year old, one can imagine how quickly a mess can be made!! The best part is not having to empty the collection bin. The only thing that caught me off guard is that the battery doesn’t last as long as our old one. That’s the only thing that is a somewhat negative but really isn’t a negative because when it needs charged, it goes home, charges and then goes back where it left off.

First few times was interesting as it was getting it surroundings but learns better ways everytimme. Such a time saver.

It works great. It is December 19,2024 and it has been running for 13 months. I got an error message today and had to clean the content holder on unit. Did not know I could set up on cell phone. Set it up. The phone will tell you what is wrong to fix unit.

Great with keeping up with four shedding dogs. We still use our big vacuum for deep cleaning, but this is wonderful to keep it manageable all week. Highly recommmend

This is my 2nd roomba. Battery life is good. Cleans both the hard floor and the carpet. Happy with it so far.

There are a few isses with the wifi connectivity but over all it has helped me save time cleaning the floors.

It's good, but it gets stuck, runs over cords, gets confused, and after a year or so of owning it, it's suddenly not emptying the dust bin. I will have to have it repaired. It can be emptied manually, but I don't want to have to do that. These things are ultimately very nice to have, and fun, but they do not last. You have to keep them very clean, and maintain them well. Parts wear out, and you have to buy new. It's not just a vacuum you can put away and forget about, and since the price is very high, you cannot just go get a new one when it starts to underperform.

The vaccum maps great and creates an outstanding map. The cliff sensor works great on my stairs and creates beautiful lines, making the carpet look fresh. However, the vacuum only has one suction setting which is really low. I watched it run over a small hair rubber band several times without picking it up. I have an i9+ downstairs and bought the cheaper i7+ just for upstairs. Advise... if you are going to spend $800 on the i7+ you should get the advanced i9+ that has increased suction when it runs on carpet. Taking it back tomorrow for another i9+. The i7+ may be great on hardwood though.

Was more than a little skeptical about whether this thing would clean the floor enough and I am a believer now. Makes a map of the entire floor of the house although I have yet to go into that map and label rooms. But am supposed to be able to designate specific rooms to clean but honestly we are satisfied having it clean the whole area. Stops to go back to base to empty itself then resumes. Only drawback is that because the area of the whole floor is large, it has to go back to recharge, then resumes later on. But it does a great job on tiled floor and carpet both.

Let it run its mapping. Set up schedule and rooms you want cleaned and off it goes. Am amazed at all the stuff it picks up. Have 2 dogs and it does great job at picking up after them.

The roomba mapped out my entire house and has scheduled cleaning times. It does really well with pet hair and when it’s finished goes back to the bone and empties itself. Great purchase

Works great so far! Used to have an i3+ but it ended up breaking down. Chose to upgrade to the i7+ and it has been great so far!

Not many products can say they add time to your life... but this little guy keeps my floors clean for me with minimal effort.

Got this one because it not only had the automatic dirt disposal thing but that it was most recommended for pet hair. It tends to leave patches here and there as it goes over my rug. My long hair is also an issue as it gets caught in the brush. It is a little louder than I thought it would be but I do enjoy not having to vacuum myself. The linked clean is my other issue I keep getting the error that the mop isn't ready, but it is. So I have some bugs to work out there. Still happy with my purchase and the customer service people who helped me when my box got lost.

After 8 months it still functions perfect. I would not trade this vacuum for anything.

Bought this for my mom to make her life easier. It's pretty cool watching it map the house and being able to select which area of the house to clean is a feature she uses often. The self cleaning base is a must! I tried to set this up on my mom's Google Pixel, that almost made me take this back to the store! I connected my iPhone and had everything setup in minutes. Also you would think that Roomba would update the software to shut off the sweeper brushes when this is headed back to the base to charge...just a thought.

The i7 effectively switches between tile, vinyl and wood and vacuums both well. I have two dogs and two cats, which was not a match for the i7. It took about a week’s worth of cleaning all of the rooms to create the map for house, which let me, program daily for Livingroom and kitchen and less frequently for my bedroom. With our pets, daily vacuuming is essential and now so easy. I appreciate that the latest tech includes a tower that holds 30 bins of garbage. I still do open it weekly to clean the filter and remove hairs from rollers. It's an improvement over daily bin emptying PLUS the tower has decreased the quantity of hair stuck on rollers which is an unexpected bonus

So far I love it. It’s so handy and the instructions are clear. It’s a quality piece with great features and benefits.

This model is awesome- moves from carpet to hardwood to tile and cleans amazing- do not have to remove bathroom rugs - love it!

I love the dual silicone brushes on this vacuum! I have long hair that continually gets wound up in normal beater brush bristles and I would have to clean it all the time. My new iRobot never has a problem with long hair! It covers every square inch of my house, including carpet, and the automatic dirt disposal is a must-have addition to the system. It's awesome. The only downside is the battery doesn't last long enough. It has to go back and charge twice to clean my 2000sf home, which means a vacuum job takes around 5 hours. But hey, I'm not pushing a broom around, so I'm happy!
